Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Join a collaborative engineering team delivering secure, scalable digital applications and APIs. You will contribute across frontend and backend systems, using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. This role focuses on building reliable solutions that are easy to maintain and extend, while improving engineering standards and delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and easy to support in production.
• Design and build APIs and user experiences that meet performance and quality expectations for enterprise-scale applications.
• Contribute to technical design decisions, focusing on simplicity, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
• Improve delivery through CI/CD pipelines, automation, and strong engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and platform teams to reduce delivery friction and improve customer outcomes.
• Support team capability through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across engineering communities.

• Strong experience in frontend development using React or Angular with modern JavaScript or TypeScript, applied to production systems.
• Proven backend development skills using Java and Spring Boot to build scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, taking ownership from design through to production support.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows to enable efficient, reliable delivery.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2 and S3 and deploying applications using Kubernetes platforms like OpenShift.
• Strong engineering discipline in automated testing, code quality, secure coding, and operational support practices.
