Fullstack Tech Lead (.NET/Angular)

We would like to meet a Fullstack Tech Lead (.NET/Angular) for a project with a hybrid working model based in Porto (2x/week).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing modern software solutions with .NET and Angular.
• Strong practical experience with cloud-native development on Azure platform, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Kubernetes concepts, API design and integration, automated code testing including unit tests, integration tests, and frontend testing.
• Strong experience with message brokers such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar, and real-time/event-driven processing such as Kafka Streams, Stream Analytics or other.
• Experience designing solutions with architects.
• Experience with enterprise integration systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies, Scrum-based delivery, continuous improvement, process excellence, code reviews, refactoring, and adoption of best practices and standards.
• Experience in requirements analysis, user story refinement, documentation and Product Owner support.
• Proficiency in English - minimum B2 level (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions.
• Build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code for application and infrastructure deployment.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance of business-critical systems, including L3 production support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, participate in user story refinement, support the Product Owner, and design solutions in collaboration with architects.
• Collaborate with other feature teams, global teams. Drive complex problem-solving, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and support strategic decisions with technical insights and risk assessments.
