What You'll Do

As a IT Applications & Data Architect you'll play a key role in defining and executing the technical vision for enterprise applications across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Architecting and developing scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications
• Partnering with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Leading application modernization and integration initiatives
• Establishing architecture standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines
• Guiding projects through the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support
• Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
• Mentoring developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
• Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions that support business objectives
• Driving continuous improvement in application quality, security, and development processes

What You'll Bring

• 6–10 years of experience in software development, application architecture, or related disciplines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise business applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and modern development practices
• Experience leading technical initiatives and collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
