The Accounting Systems team is looking for a detail-oriented, highly analytical Software Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on enhancing already in production complex systems and creating technical enhancements for manual business processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of full-stack development experience, demonstrate servant leadership qualities, and possess a desire to continuously learn.

- Build, enhance, and support software applications that keep systems running efficiently and reliably
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve defects and performance issues
- Follow industry standards and controls (e.g., SOX) to support financially regulated systems
- Improve application performance, resiliency, and scalability to support high transaction volumes
- Create and maintain clear documentation for software, including architecture, APIs, and user guides
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core or .NET Framework
- Experience with SQL Server, including writing queries
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions in distributed environments
- 3+ years of full-stack web development experience with C# and frameworks such as MVC, Web API, and/or Entity Framework
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core (or .NET Framework 4.0+)
- 3+ years of experience with SQL Server, including writing advanced queries
- 1+ years building modern UIs with Angular or React (plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScr
- Ipt)
- 1+ years working with data/process governance and SOX compliance
- 1+ years partnering with architects and engineers to design sound technical solutions
- 1+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for planning, version control, and CI/C
