About the Role

The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain production-ready web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Working within a cross-functional agile team, this role involves building new features, improving platform performance, contributing to architectural decisions, and delivering reliable cloud-native solutions that enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing production-ready full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience building serverless applications on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or SST.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, observability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack applications.
• Build new features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver new functionality.
• Maintain engineering standards through clean code and automated testing.
