Position: Frontend Specialist / Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Summary

Lead frontend development for recruitment module, focusing on user experience, performance, and accessibility. Design frontend architecture and mentor engineers in modern frontend practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement frontend architecture for various modules
  • Lead development of responsive, accessible user interfaces with React/Vue/Angular
  • Optimize frontend performance, loading times, and user experience
  • Implement state management solutions and data fetching patterns
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and cross-browser compatibility
  • Develop reusable component libraries and design system contributions
  • Conduct frontend code reviews and mentor junior frontend engineers
  • Collaborate with product and design teams on UI/UX implementation
  • Implement advanced frontend patterns (lazy loading, caching, optimization)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years of frontend development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG)
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.)
  • Proficiency with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Vitest, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing component libraries or design systems
  • Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA) and offline capabilities
  • Understanding of backend APIs and integration patterns
  • Experience with accessibility testing and screen readers
  • Contributions to frontend frameworks or open-source projects
