Fullstack Developer (TypeScript)

About The Role

As a Fullstack Developer at Qred, you will take end-to-end ownership of features that directly impact our users, fluidly transitioning between frontend and backend systems based on team priorities. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact by building scalable financial systems while ensuring a seamless, high-performance user experience. This mission-driven role offers the autonomy to solve complex engineering problems and deliver immediate value to our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build secure, scalable backend services, web/mobile user interfaces, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with designers and peer engineers to plan efficient data flows, endpoints, and optimal client experiences.
• Deploy, test, and monitor production code while maintaining proper logging, tracing, and system health dashboards.
• Drive technical initiatives within our client platforms, ensuring shared frontend practices remain scalable and unified.
• Mitigate technical risk by adhering to compliant engineering practices and managing a disciplined workflow to maintain delivery momentum.

Our stack: AWS Serverless, Typescript, Node.js, React, React Native, Claude Code, Grafana, Github Actions.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking structured professionals who thrives on architectural variety and can drive alignment across both frontend and backend domains. You possess strong self-leadership, manage your workflow by focusing on closing active tasks, and avoid the efficiency traps of multi-tasking. You are motivated by building scalable frameworks and establishing high engineering maturity within a fast-paced fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in software engineering using TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud environments, secure data transferring, and building scalable web or mobile client platforms.
• Practical exposure to using AI models, LLMs, or building automated agentic workflows.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
