For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Web Portal Developer (f/m/d).

The position will be based in Ho Chi Minh City (An Khanh Ward) and reports directly to the Head of Product Development - Digital Operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain partner portal applications.
  • Build self-service features such as:
  • General customer data area/information
  • Account management
  • Contract tracking
  • Purchase requests
  • Product information catalogue
  • Develop frontend and backend components using web technologies.
  • Integrate portals with CRM, ERP, billing, inventory, or other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA manager, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of portal applications.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Write technical documentation and perform code reviews.
  • Other tasks are assigned by superiors.

Your profile

Language: English is a must (TOEIC or IELTS certificate)

Technical Skills

  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Backend: Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • APIs: REST, GraphQL.
  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure.
  • CI/CD and DevOps tools.
  • Authentication technologies such as OAuth, SSO, and identity management.

Business Skills

  • Understanding customer journeys and digital experiences.
  • Requirement analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with customer portals, e-commerce, or self-service platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics can be valuable.
