Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-6 years of experience who can build scalable web applications while also working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend and backend development skills along with the ability to consult with clients, gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and implement customized solutions.

Full Stack Development

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js / Angular / Vue.js .
• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js / Python / Java.
• Create and integrate REST APIs.
• Design and manage database schemas.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Client Consulting And Requirement Handling

• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions and solution walkthroughs with clients.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices.
• Customize features based on client-specific workflows.
• Support implementation and integration with client systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting client-side technical issues.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

System Integration And Deployment

• Integrate applications with third-party services and APIs.
• Support deployment activities and production releases.
• Monitor applications and fix production issues.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alert systems.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5 CSS3
• Hands-on experience with React.js (preferred).
• Backend development experience using Node.js / Python / Java.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working with client-facing or consulting roles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred / Good To Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Next.js .
• Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Experience working in SaaS or product companies.

Client Consulting Skills (Very Important)

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client expectations.
• Experience supporting client implementations or deployments.

Education (Preferred)

• B. Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Or equivalent practical experience.
