As a Sitecore Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, constructing, and maintaining robust Sitecore platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure, supporting an extensive ecosystem across multiple brands. You will be instrumental in ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of digital environments, contributing directly to the operational excellence and digital experience of millions of end-users. Your Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Sitecore platforms and associated components, ensuring alignment with Helix principles.
• Manage and optimize generic foundation and feature components, centrally supporting over 150 Azure-hosted environments.
• Ensure the operational availability of websites and platforms, maintaining a 99.99% uptime for customer-facing digital assets.
• Build, configure, and maintain Azure pipelines to automate deployment and integration processes.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary scrum team, including Azure Cloud/Infra specialists and Sitecore experts.
• Contribute to the Sitecore Community, sharing knowledge and best practices across brands.
• Interface regularly with other departments, including the Azure Cloud team, software vendors, and multiple scrum teams.
• Support the operational management of Sitecore and WebApi services, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.
• Uphold industry standards and best practices for Sitecore development, avoiding starter kits such as Habitat or Lighthouse.

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements

• Higher professional education or equivalent work and thinking level.
• Proven experience working with Sitecore 10 deployments on Microsoft Azure.
• Fluent English communication skills; Dutch proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Deep understanding of Sitecore frameworks and tools, including Helix, Unicorn, xConnect, Sitecore CLI, and Publishing Services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage Azure pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of operational management for large-scale Sitecore environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile/scrum teams.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in multinational environments.
• Certifications in Sitecore or Azure cloud technologies are advantageous.
• Active participation in Sitecore or Azure communities.
