MES/MOM (Apriso) Developer

This role requires a professional with several years of hands-on experience in MES/MOM environments, ideally with deep expertise in Delmia Apriso. Experience with other MES/MOM platforms is also valuable, provided there is a strong willingness and capability to work as a technical lead within Apriso-based initiatives. Over time, the role may also contribute to projects involving additional MES/MOM platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to software development activities on Delmia Apriso
- Supervise configuration, customization, development, and system integration activities
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and client technical teams
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and go-live phases
- Ensure technical documentation quality and promote development best practices
- Contribute to the technology roadmap and continuous evolution of MES/MOM solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience in MES/MOM software development
- Proven experience with Delmia Apriso
- Several years of experience in the development of MES/MOM solutions, with strong preference for Delmia Apriso
- Strong knowledge of technologies commonly used in MES environments, such as .NET, C#, Java, SQL, APIs, and Angular
- Solid understanding of integrations with ERP, WMS, automation systems, and shop-floor machinery
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational workflows in industrial environments
- Ability to design scalable, robust, and integrated application architectures
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Nice to Have
- Experience with other MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, Rockwell FTPC, Wonderware, SAP MII, or SAP DMC
- Knowledge of WMS solutions such as Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, or equivalent platforms
- Background in automation systems, SCADA, OT, or production line integration
- Experience in digital manufacturing transformation projects
- Knowledge of enterprise architectures and integration patterns
- Relevant certifications or specialized training in MES/MOM platforms
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills for both junior and senior developers
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Strong focus on delivery quality, solution stability, and maintainability
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions in structured industrial contexts
