What You Will Do

• Assist in developing user interfaces (UI) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) under guidance.
• Contribute to backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) for simple features and APIs.
• Write basic unit tests and participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
• Debug and fix straightforward bugs in existing codebases.
• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX mockups.
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for basic CRUD operations.
• Learn and utilize version control (Git) effectively.
• Document code and processes as instructed
• Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies (standups, planning).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• No work visa sponsorship
• Foundational understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Foundational understanding of at least one backend programming language.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Good problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

• Exposure to a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue) or backend framework (Express, Django, Spring Boot, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful API concepts.
• Understanding of basic software development principles (OOP, MVC).
• Portfolio showcasing personal/academic projects.
