- Bigger Challenge – we are always looking for ways we can improve platform process / operations. The successful candidate will play a part in both developing solutions to pre-identified opportunies, as well as identifying opportunities themselves.
- Maintain, support, and modernise existing web applications built on AngularJS, Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and CakePHP.
- Lead the migration of legacy front-end and back-end components to modern frameworks and architectures.
- Design, develop, and optimise new automation workflows using VMware Aria Automation and Automation Orchestrator.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high quality software.
- Implement best practices for version control, CI/CD, and configuration management using Git and Ansible.
- Develop scripts and tools in Python and T SQL to support automation, integration, and data driven processes.
- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack, from UI to database to automation layers.

- Strong understanding of full stack development, REST APIs, and application lifecycle management.
- Ansible (configuration management, deployment automation)
- Git (branching strategies, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines)
- Python (scripting, automation, integration tasks)
- T SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- VMware Aria Automation
- VMware Automation Orchestrator
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures or hybrid environments.
Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
Ability to work in agile delivery teams.
Essential Criteria – BPSS Eligibility
To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
