What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play an important role in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions by:

Business & Requirements Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT to ensure successful solution delivery.

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
• Build modern, scalable, and maintainable full stack solutions using Angular and backend technologies.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.

Application Support & Maintenance

• Maintain and enhance existing business applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with modern development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI-powered development tools, to improve productivity and software quality.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, project managers, support teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and team-first culture.

Documentation

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Support end users through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent practical experience is also welcomed.

Experience

• Experience developing enterprise software applications.
• Strong experience with Angular.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing business-critical applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
