Talent IQ is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer on behalf of our client, a small, fast-moving team building digital experiences for enterprise and government clients across the GCC. You'll architect and build complex systems from scratch, take ownership of technical decisions, and work closely with design and project leadership. This is a hands-on role in a startup-style environment where your work directly shapes the product.


What You'll Do

  • Architect, build, and ship scalable full-stack applications using React and Next.js
  • Design solutions that handle spikes in load without degrading performance
  • Build real-time features and email pipelines
  • Implement multilingual experiences, including RTL Arabic support
  • Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code
  • Explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor developers and perform code reviews
  • Take the lead when needed, and work as part of the team when that serves the project better

  • JavaScript
  • React
  • Next.js (SSR)
  • Non-relational databases
  • next-intl with RTL Arabic support
  • Tailwind, shadcn/ui
  • AWS, GCP (Lambda, ECS, EC2 or equivalent)
  • Figma


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience architecting and building complex systems from scratch
  • Experience building scalable solutions for high-traffic workloads
  • Proven use of AI in day-to-day work, including model orchestration tools
  • Proven ability to work in a startup environment as part of a small team
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Critical thinking and the ability to merge business requirements into code
  • Experience mentoring developers and running code reviews
  • Understands the difference between an MVP and a product
  • Passionate about technology — explores new solutions and stays on top of the field
  • Fluent in English (Russian or Arabic a huge plus)


Nice to Have

  • ML experience
  • DevOps skills (AWS or Google Cloud a huge plus)
  • Serverless
  • Terraform
  • Multi-tenant systems architecture experience
