Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Assisted Development)

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help modernize and automate critical business workflows through a combination of software engineering, systems integration, and AI-assisted development. This role offers the opportunity to build end-to-end solutions, work directly with business stakeholders, and leverage AI coding tools as a core part of the development lifecycle.

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Location: Remote or Hybrid (Santa Ana, CA)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $135,000 – $155,000 annually
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows across business-critical platforms.
• Build and enhance event-driven automation solutions that streamline complex operational processes and reduce manual effort.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs while integrating third-party systems and services.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and end users in rapid development and pilot-release cycles.
• Review, validate, test, and improve both human-written and AI-generated code in a highly regulated environment.

What Gets You the Job:

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or C#/.NET, along with SQL.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure, including serverless services, containers, messaging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms as part of your software development workflow.
• Preferred: Experience within mortgage technology, lending platforms, loan origination systems, underwriting systems, pricing engines, or document/disclosure automation solutions.
