The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality product quickly while building a robust technical foundation for scaling the platform and the team.

Thousands of businesses use our product, so our software needs to be well-tested at all times. That keeps our delivery speed and product quality high and lets us focus on high-value, exciting features instead of maintenance.

We are a dynamic product team, and we expect you to make your own decisions on how to best implement software and to push back if you feel a feature or product should go in a different direction. Location and Compensation

Hiring Process

2. Culture Interview: A 1 to 2 hour deep dive into values, mindset, and team fit.
3. Technical Interview: A 1 to 3 hour session with a small prep case, no coding required, plus live pair programming. We're flexible if you prefer another format, so feel free to shine in your own way.
4. Team Meetup: A 30 minute chance to say hi to the team.
5. References: A final check before we make things official.
