Sr. Software Engineer

ComResource is searching for developers currently functional as a mid level or senior engineer with an emphasis on code review, mentorship, providing architectural input, and sr. level engineering capabilities. Passionate individual with leadership capabilities that blend technical and functional acumen to provide team support within an open-source, microservices architecture environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead major capability improvements to end user applications in a technical leadership role.
• Serve as the project lead by taking full ownership of technical deliverables for multiple projects.
• You will understand the big picture & makes design decisions to align with it.
• You will also own the responsibility of the overall technical deliverables in a sprint or iteration outcome.
• You will accurately report the status with alarms, explanations and solutions.
• You will be business facing. You will be partnering with them to deliver business driven projects & successfully influence the business, IT domain teams with requirements, technology use & design decisions.
• You will act as a communication proxy for your team and will frequently be explaining technical decisions in business terms.
• Shape advancing best practices around AI agents for coding, automation, and deployment (i.e. - Claude, Codex, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Well versed in Java technology stack
• Extensive exposure to numerous JS frameworks/libraries: Angular 2+, ReactJS, VueJS, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma, etc.
• Cloud Native Development: GCP, AWS, Azure
• Elasticsearch or other related search tools
