Tanemera is hiring a Development Team Leader to oversee both our Full Stack (.NET/Angular) and Flutter mobile teams.

This role blends hands-on architecture, delivery management, and team mentorship. You'll drive clean, scalable solutions for SaaS platforms, enforce engineering standards, and ensure audit-friendly documentation practices.

You'll work closely with product, design, and QA to align priorities, unblock teams, and deliver secure, maintainable systems that meet international compliance and performance benchmarks.

s

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong architectural background in clean architecture, modular design, and microservices.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS applications with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tooling.
• Proficiency in .NET/Angular and/or Flutter/Dart; ability to guide both stacks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience drafting technical documentation and 'as-built' design documents using international standards (e.g., IEEE, ISO).
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.

• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and release readiness.
• Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.
