About the Role
As a Lead UI Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the front-end architecture and technical direction of our applications. You will lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and maintainable web solutions using React JS and related technologies while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new features throughout the entire software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and prototyping to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will partner closely with backend teams to integrate GraphQL and REST services, contribute to micro-application design and implementation, and help drive continuous improvements in application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Beyond technical delivery, you will provide leadership and mentorship to both onshore and offshore UI engineering teams, conducting code reviews, design reviews, and technical guidance sessions to ensure high-quality software development practices. You will also support modern DevOps processes, containerized deployments, authentication and API gateway integrations, and cloud-based solutions while helping the organization deliver software efficiently and at scale.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated technical leader who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, influencing architectural decisions, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing development culture.
