PHP & Angular Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you join the GO FiberConnect team and contribute to the evolution of a critical SaaS platform supporting fiber network deployment operations. You work across backend and frontend to improve performance, usability, and robustness of the product.

You join an international Agile team composed of 4 peoples. The team shares ownership of delivery, quality, and technical decisions.

About The Product

GO FiberConnect is a SaaS platform dedicated to FTTH (Fiber To The Home) operations. It supports contractors and network operators across the full lifecycle of fiber deployment: design, field operations, resident communication, data integration, and reporting.

The platform centralizes complex operational data and enables coordination between multiple stakeholders and systems in a mission-critical environment.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve full-stack features across backend and frontend
• Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and backend services
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of existing systems
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements and frontend evolutions
• Participate in technical design discussions (architecture, APIs, data flows)
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams (NL / PL)
• Participate in a rotating team support responsibility

• Backend: PHP 8.4 (Laravel, Symfony), Doctrine ORM, REST APIs, MySQL, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Docker, Git, unit & acceptance testing (PHPUnit, BDD), static code analysis.
• Frontend: Angular 21, TypeScript, RxJS, REST API integration, unit & E2E testing (Jasmine, Karma, Playwright).
• Engineering & architecture: CQRS, event-driven architecture & queues, OAuth2 / API authentication, Redis, CI/CD pipelines, microservices (Symfony-based), experience with legacy systems & migration context.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as Full-Stack Developer (PHP + Angular)
• Strong experience in PHP backend development (Laravel and/or Symfony), this is a must-have
• Experience building frontend applications and a genuine interest in working across the full stack
• Experience with Angular is highly valued; experience with other modern frontend frameworks is also considered if you are willing to learn Angular
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL)
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend layers
• Familiar with modern development practices (Git, testing, CI/CD)
• Experience with Docker in production environments
• English fluent (mandatory)
• Autonomous, structured, and comfortable in international environments
