Well, especially so, actually. Call it a way of thinking that involves being open to a world of digital solutions that make our lives easier. And our way of working smarter.

✨ About The Role

We’re looking for a senior, autonomous System Architect with deep expertise in at least one specialized domain (Security, Cloud, AI, Software Engineering…) and the curiosity to grow into new domains on the job. In this strategic role, you will help shape and evolve NIT’s technological landscape and ensure that our squads deliver high‑quality, future‑proof software.

As a System Architect, You Will

  • 🧭 Govern & manage the technical roadmap for front‑end and back‑end technologies used across NIT (.NET, Java, Angular, Camunda…).
  • 📐 Define architectural best practices & integration guidelines, ensuring secure, maintainable, and robust solutions.
  • 🤝 Support squads hands‑on, including joining sprints to tackle refactoring, rework, or complex technical challenges.
  • 🛠️ Drive consistency in tooling & engineering processes (CI/CD, GitHub workflows, Dynatrace, OpenShift/Azure, change & release management…).
  • 🌉 Act as a bridge between squads and Centres of Excellence (DevOps, Cloud, Security, Observability).
  • 🔭 Stay ahead of emerging technologies (agentic AI, cloud‑native evolutions, NIS2/PQC security standards…) and proactively bring innovation into NIT.
