The team is responsible for how technology interacts with and impacts our customers and staff. We provide insight and expertise to our colleagues in 'Technology & Transformation and across the organisation.
This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend or permanency,
Typical Responsibilities Will Include
- Design and develop secure, reliable software solutions
- Translate requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support planning, estimation, and delivery of projects on time
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Identify and resolve performance and technical issues
- Develop, test, review, and maintain applications following SDLC standards
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, source control, and configuration management
- Maintain documentation and provide application support and troubleshooting
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Promote a safe, compliant, and collaborative working environment
Knowledge And Experience
- Extensive Software language knowledge (Server Side, Front End or DevOps)
- Competent in use, support, and development of software applications across various platforms including programming languages Java.
- Financial services & payment’s expertise in NPP will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge about Software Development Life Cycle, development, test/deployment automation
- Strong understanding of API design and development
