JD requirements for the role.

• Over 7 years of experience in designing and developing microservices-based, event-driven architectures, cloud-native solutions, and AI-first engineering practices.
• Deep technical expertise in Java (Spring Boot) with strong exposure to AWS, Kafka, Apigee, and Kubernetes within enterprise environments.
• Strong command of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native engineering best practices.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, high-throughput, and low-latency systems for mission-critical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and uplift engineering teams, driving adoption of best practices and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a consistent ability to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, effectively bridging technical and business domains and influencing decision-making at all levels.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end solution architecture, covering enterprise-scale distributed systems across cloud-native and hybrid platforms.
• Proven capability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient architecture blueprints and solution designs.
• Hands-on experience in producing High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), defining integration patterns, API contracts, and system interaction models.
• Strong expertise in event-driven, domain-driven, and microservices architectures, aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
