What You’ll Be Doing

• Software Development & Technical Leadership: Design, build, and deliver secure, scalable, high-quality systems; set best practices; review code; drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Technical Strategy & Innovation: Guide technology choices, architecture, and design patterns; lead Agile delivery; promote DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Partner with developers, product and business teams; clearly communicate technical concepts; enable alignment and collaborative decisions.
• Continuous Learning & Mentorship: Stay current with emerging technologies; mentor engineers; foster knowledge sharing, capability uplift, and professional development.

What Sets You Apart

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (React) and/or Java or C#, and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud technologies, serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in modern CI/CD practices, observability, and end-to-end software development.
• Experience communicating complex ideas and concepts with peers and stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries and hybrid delivery models is desirable.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance development efficiency, automation, and solution design.
