Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)
Contract: Permanent

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a team building an AI-powered platform that helps businesses use AI more effectively in their daily work.
You will work across frontend and backend development, building new product features, solving complex technical challenges, and taking ownership of key parts of the platform. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
• Design and develop APIs, backend services, and data models
• Create modern frontend experiences using current frameworks
• Make technical decisions around architecture, integrations, and system design
• Improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Support engineering standards around testing, quality, and maintainability
Required Experience
• Strong experience building production web platforms at senior level
• Strong frontend development experience with Vue, React, or Angular
• Strong backend experience, ideally with Python
• Experience building APIs and working with relational databases
• Experience owning technical solutions and architecture decisions
• Experience delivering full-stack features from design through to production
• Comfortable working in a product-focused or startup environment
Technical Skills
Frontend: Vue 3, TypeScript, React, Angular
Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs
Database: PostgreSQL / relational databases
Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring and observability
Nice to Have
• Vue 3 + TypeScript experience
• Python + FastAPI experience
• SaaS or multi-tenant platform experience
• AI product experience
• Experience scaling production systems
Working Pattern
• Hybrid working: 1 day per week onsite in London (Tuesday)
• Once every 7 weeks, the core engineering team works onsite Monday–Thursday (required)
