Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 base + Up to 15% Bonus

You'll have genuine influence over architecture, development standards, cloud infrastructure and the future direction of the engineering team, whilst working alongside specialists in CRM, Data, Machine Learning and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing and evolving business-critical applications and integrations across a modern technology stack.

• Leading the design, development and deployment of scalable full-stack applications
• Developing cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies (including Lambda, S3 and Redshift)
• Developing backend services using Node.js and Python
• Building APIs and integrating internal platforms with third-party systems
• Enhancing CRM functionality through custom development and integrations (experience with Zoho is beneficial but not essential)
• Creating modern user interfaces using JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS
• Driving engineering best practice through code reviews, testing, CI/CD and version control
• Optimising existing applications for performance, scalability and maintainability
• Collaborating with Data and Machine Learning teams to deliver innovative business solutions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to make a real impact.

You'll ideally have:

• 5+ years' commercial Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS skills.
• Excellent experience with Node.js and Python.
• Solid hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and database-driven applications.
• Knowledge of Git, testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• A passion for writing clean, scalable, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within Financial Services or FinTech would be advantageous, but it's certainly not essential.
