React Front-End Architect

We are seeking an experienced React Front-End Architect to drive the evolution of our front-end architecture and engineering practices. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences to a global customer base.

This position is based in Thailand with a hybrid work arrangement. The company offers a comprehensive relocation package and accommodation support for successful candidates relocating to Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of large-scale, distributed front-end applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Act as a front-end subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship across teams.
• Develop proof of concepts and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions that support business and product objectives.
• Champion best practices in front-end architecture, performance optimization, code quality, and maintainability.
• Establish and maintain high engineering standards across development teams.
• Contribute to long-term technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and career development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and operating scalable, high-performance front-end systems.
• Strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience working with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor senior and staff-level engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives with organization-wide impact.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
