We’re looking for a Senior Developer who’s passionate about building modern, high-performance applications across web and mobile. Someone who writes elegant code, mentors others, and thrives in an environment that values ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend development.
  
• Proven expertise with React.js or React Native in production environments.
  
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and component-driven architecture.
  
• Solid experience in at least one backend technology: Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL or NoSQL).
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  
• Ability to balance clean, maintainable code with pragmatic problem-solving.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of modern web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
  
• Architect, design, and maintain backend services built with Python, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
  
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver exceptional results.
  
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code, ensuring long-term maintainability.
  
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability across client and server environments.
  
• Participate in code reviews and guide junior developers through technical mentoring.
  
• Stay on top of emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker or containerized development.
  
• Exposure to microservices or multi-tenant architectures.
  
• Knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and scaling web apps.
  
• Contribution to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.
