Full Stack Developer (C#/Angular)

Tempest Vane Partners have partnered with a systematic hedge fund who have a new role open for a Full Stack Developer to join their core development team. This team builds technology for several departments within the fund including Risk, P&L, Fund Accounting, Operations, Treasury and Investor Relations. This is a true full stack role where your time will be spread evenly across backend development and building UI's for non-technical stakeholders across the business.

The successful application should have equally strong skills in both C#/.NET and Angular/TypeScript (although React experience will be considered if you are happy to work with Angular) as well as strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills gained from working in a business facing development role within financial services.

Other beneficial skills would include experience using AI tooling such as Claude Code, strong database knowledge and exposure to modern cloud and deployment tooling like AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 2.1 degree or higher in a STEM subject from a leading university
• 5+ years experience working as Full Stack Developer within Financial Services
• Strong C#/.NET development skills
• Extensive experience with Angular and TypeScript for UI development (other web languages will be considered but you will working with Angular/TypeScript in this role)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code for daily workflows

This is an office based role in Central London.
