Angular Developer 3 - Onsite

This is an onsite position, based in Springfield, Missouri.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as a contributor and member to project teams in the applications area.
- Researches problems to determine the cause and determine effective approaches for resolution.
- Completes administration tasks, such as status reporting and documentation.
- Creates technical documentation and diagrams to support application analysis and design.
- Participates in formal and informal code reviews, assists team members, and works with QA teams to support quality assurance efforts.
- Performs analysis and design for programs and learns and adapts to new applications, languages, and techniques.
- Communicates with business users to identify improvements, support day-to-day operations, and document technical solutions.
- Provides on-call support as needed.

- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Certificate(s) or License(s): A certificate of training or expert in one of the systems supported is preferred
- Experience: 4+ years
- Passion for software development and continuous improvement
- Advanced experience with Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (React or Node.js a plus)
- Experience building reusable Angular components, services, and scalable front-end architectures
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture, REST APIs, application performance, and responsive design
- Experience designing and developing scalable, maintainable web applications
- Experience using Agentic AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and software quality
- Experience with GitHub for version control and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Familiarity with Docker, DevOps practices, and deployment automation
- Strong knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and SQL preferred
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical design decisions and architecture decisions
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver complex solutions
- Retail industry experience preferred
