Software Engineer (f/m/d)

About The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and enhance web applications with a strong emphasis on user-facing features and interfaces. Working primarily with modern JavaScript frameworks and complementary backend technologies, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with product and design teams to create impactful solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop responsive, user-centric web applications using Angular, React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build and maintain frontend components and features with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python to support frontend functionality
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and established coding standards
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying and resolving problems independently
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Contribute to technical discussions and share knowledge with team members
• Implement features based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the application
• Document code and technical decisions for team clarity and future reference

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in web development or software engineering
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular and React, with proven experience building production applications
• Solid understanding of Python for backend development and API integration
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience consuming/building them
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices
• Familiarity with modern development tools, build processes, and package managers
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and professional development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) — essential for working in an international team
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines is an advantage
