An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to join a leading technology consultancy delivering innovative digital solutions across public and private sector organisations. Working within a collaborative engineering team, you'll develop modern cloud-native applications that solve complex business challenges while working with the latest software engineering practices and technologies.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building scalable, high-quality software using modern programming languages, cloud platforms and DevOps practices. You'll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from designing and building applications through to deployment, testing and continuous improvement. The position offers hybrid working with occasional travel to client sites when required.

What You Need
- Commercial software development experience using one or more of Java, Python, C#, Go or TypeScript
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue or Svelte is beneficial
- Experience developing cloud-native applications, ideally within AWS (Azure or GCP experience also considered)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK or Pulumi
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or ArgoCD
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, security, performance and code quality
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC), including 5 years' continuous UK residency history at the point of application
