In October 2024, the application achieved a major milestone, surpassing 44 million cumulative downloads.
・Budget-Saving Application
This platform is designed to transform daily shopping into a more rewarding and cost-effective experience. Launched as the sister app to the No. 1 recipe video platform, it has rapidly surpassed 10 million downloads, driven by rising consumer inflation and a growing societal focus on saving money. The service features a mechanism where users earn points through everyday shopping behaviors, such as browsing digital store flyers or physically commuting to retail locations.

■Responsibilities
You will take ownership of iOS application development for the budget-saving recipe app.
・Design, develop, and maintain new features utilizing Swift and SwiftUI.
・Continuously improve and refactor existing features to enhance performance and maintainability.
・Handle seamless backend API integration and drive fine-grained application performance optimization.
・Spearhead module separation and structural refactoring to improve overall code maintainability.
・Implement and continuously upgrade unit and UI tests to secure robust application stability.
・Maintain and optimize the CI/CD pipeline to automate workflows and accelerate development efficiency.
【Development Workflow】
Engineers at the company do not simply implement pre-determined, top-down requirements.
Instead, development is driven via an agile Scrum framework through small, cross-functional teams of 4 to 6 members. Each team owns specific target KPIs and consists of engineers, designers, PdMs, and BizDev professionals who collaborate and debate daily to hit their objectives.

Developing services that friends, family, and millions of others use daily allows engineers to hear direct user feedback and tangibly experience the real-world value of their code.
■Agile, Hypothesis-Driven Development Rooted in Speed: Because consumer products are inherently full of uncertainty, the organization prioritizes a "test, observe, learn, and iterate" philosophy. Maintaining a high release cadence, the teams run rapid, incremental improvement cycles: Release → Analyze the next day → Review at the morning stand-up → Deploy the next move. This approach successfully bridges daily iterations with long-term user value.
■Massive First-Party Data Coupled with AI-Native Engineering: In addition to a robust platform serving 41 million monthly users, the company owns highly unique primary data assets, including user receipts and real-time purchasing behavior. Required
3+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift
Preferred
Experience developing iOS apps with over several million downloads at a commercial company
Experience serving as a team leader, providing technical guidance, or mentoring team members
