At first, you will be assigned the following tasks, with a focus on the Android domain.

Eventually, you will be asked to take on the challenge of working in the iOS domain as well, and this is an environment in which you can study and hone your skills as a full-stack mobile apps engineer.


■Smartphone app feature development

- Requirements definition, design, development, testing

- Code review, design document review

■Server-side API development for smartphone apps

- Requirements definition, design, development, testing

- Code review, design document review

■Smartphone app refactoring

- Declarative UI conversion (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose)

- Introduction of KMP (Kotlin Multi Platform)

■Skill improvement support

- Organization of mobile technology events for external

- Participation and organization of intra-department study groups

■Team management

- Development project management

- Review and confirmation of development deliverables

- Member follow-up


Development environment

Languages used: Swift, Kotlin

IDE: Xcode, Android Studio, IntelliJ

Code review: PR-based code review or face-to-face pair review

Development style: moving from waterfall to agile

Version control: Github

Tickets Management: Redmine, Trello

CI, CD: Github Actions, Bitrise

PC: Windows laptop or MacBookPro available

Display: 2 24“ wide monitors or 1 32” 4K monitor available


Development Structure

Mobile development team of 8 people consisting only of full-time employees.

Aiming for a scrum-like team style rather than dividing the team into iOS, Android, server side, and other fields.

Composition: Managers / PM / Team Leader / Development members

・3 years of experience in mobile application development

・Experience in managing some kind of team or project


【Preferred】

・Experience in web application development

・Experience in reviewing requirements/specifications, design reviews, code reviews, etc.

・Experience in improving development processes, automation, defect analysis, etc.

・Handling inquiries from users and support departments

Upper limit of ¥100,000/month
