The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a key role in the ongoing development, enhancement and support of the organisation's Salesforce platform.

Working closely with Administrators, Business Analysts and stakeholders across the business, you'll develop scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve processes and deliver meaningful business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customise Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and standard platform functionality.
  • Build new features and enhance existing applications.
  • Design and develop integrations with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to platform best practices, code quality and continuous improvement initiatives.


About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Commercial experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations.
  • A good understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential.
