Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Identify and attract high-performing commission-based sales professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate drive, competitiveness, communication skills, and sales potential.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand what success looks like in the field and align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong candidate communication to create a professional and engaging hiring experience.
- Track and manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline using Paylocity.
- Meet or exceed hiring targets by consistently building a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruiting processes to improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives to build brand awareness and attract talent.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience or a background in sales, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring.
- Experience recruiting for sales or performance-based roles is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment with multiple open roles.
- Strong ability to identify candidates with drive, competitiveness, and strong communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Paylocity or similar recruiting platforms.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Full-time, onsite role Monday through Friday
- Occasional evening or weekend availability during peak hiring periods
- A fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on hiring needs
- Regular use of recruiting tools and systems for sourcing, candidate communication, and pipeline management
- Opportunities to represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
- Handling confidential candidate and hiring information with professionalism and discretion
