C++ Developer

The Ad Intelligence Client Delivery team at IBOPE builds and maintains applications used by clients across Latin America to access advertising investment data. We primarily work with syndicated web applications built on Microsoft technologies, delivering actionable insights and customized reporting solutions.

💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a C++ Developer to work closely with our international teams on the development and maintenance of our core middleware platform.

This platform powers the efficient generation of dynamic, customized reports from large-scale advertising investment datasets. Your mission will be to ensure scalable, stable, and cost-efficient reporting solutions, even as data volume and performance demands continue to grow.

You’ll be part of a distributed agile team working under SCRUM.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain features within the core middleware platform
• Collaborate with global teams on technical design and implementation
• Optimize reporting processes and large-scale data handling
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and delivery planning

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in C++, C#, Visual Studio, and OOP
• Solid SQL skills (development + performance tuning), preferably with MS SQL Server
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of scalable cloud/data solutions (Azure, Citus, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
