Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and consultative sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive – Digital Solutions. This role is focused on driving new business development, building strategic client relationships, and delivering technology solutions across digital services portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting or digital services sales, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business development through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach activities
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract closure
  • Engage VP-, Director-, and C-level stakeholders in consultative discussions to identify business challenges and technology solution opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across digital service offerings including IT Consulting, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and IT Staffing solutions
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with presales and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and practice teams to support successful client onboarding and account growth
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support strategic account planning and long-term client relationship development


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within IT Consulting, Digital Services, or Technology Solutions environments
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and driving new business acquisition
  • Experience selling one or more of the following services:
  • Product/Software Engineering
  • Quality Engineering & Testing
  • Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • AI/ML and Data Analytics
  • Cybersecurity
  • IT Staffing and Consulting
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented selling experience
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and account management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into industries such as:
  • Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail and e-Commerce
  • Experience selling GenAI, automation, or LLM-based technology services
  • Existing relationships with CXO-level and senior IT stakeholders
  • Prior experience working with enterprise IT services organizations
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required
