Lead Mobile Engineer

🚀 Mobile Lead | Austin, TX | Up to $200k Base + Equity

I'm working with an awesome startup in Austin, TX that's building out its team after recently securing seed funding.

They're looking for a Mobile Lead to play a key role in building and scaling their flagship product from the ground up.

What they're looking for:

✅ Strong experience with React Native & TypeScript

✅ Proven experience as an early engineer at a startup and/or building a product from 0→1

✅ Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Bonus points for:

📍 Experience working on GPS/location-based applications

🔗 Building mobile apps that connect to hardware/IoT devices

👥 Previous leadership experience—or the ambition to step into a leadership role as the mobile team grows around you

This is a company that places a real emphasis on collaboration, so they're ideally looking for someone who enjoys working onsite in Austin. They're open to a hybrid arrangement for exceptional candidates.

💰 Salary: Up to $200k base + meaningful equity
