As our Frontend Developer you will be part of our team working for the startup hypt.

A young and striving Swiss Marketing Software (SaaS) company located in Valencia and Bern. As the first company world wide they help businesses to boost sales by unlocking the real potential of word-of-mouth.

They are following ambitious goals and plans to expand its market presence in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region and expand into the US market within three years.

Your job in a nutshell

As our Frontend Developer you are in charge of

• developing the frontend of our “hypt word-of-mouth engine”
• help the team to evolve its organization, tools and processes

Your mission

That’s how we imagine your job profile, but we’re sure you bring many more qualities to the company - and we’d love to hear about them.

• You work with the Product Managers and CTO to specify new web frontend features
• You develop those features using Angular
• You do code reviews and provide meaningful feedback
• You enjoy working with your team

This role has the opportunity to move into a people lead position.

Who we are looking for

We rather look for great people than for fancy degrees and CVs. We believe that your motivation to learn, develop and be awesome at what you do is much more important.

• You live in the region of Valencia
• You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone, to learn and grow in your role
• You love to write clean, structured, and well-tested code
• We say web-UI, you say no problem
• You are fluent in web-languages (especially JavaScript / TypeScript) and all the fundamentals that come with it (HTTP, HTML, CSS, etc.)
• You’ve made it this far, so needless to say, you speak English fluently
• Nice to have (or ready to learn on the job):
• A nag for web security and OWASP is not all Greek to you
• Experience with common authentication technologies
