BU Description: As a Product Developer I, you will be working in BMC Helix Software’s AI Office team where we are passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing prototypes and features for BMC Helix products & helping customers with our BMC Helix Products to achieve their business needs. If your interest lies in getting involved in daily innovation-related challenges and you like to work in fast paced environment, then AI Office is the place to be. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for working in AI Office engineering activities like developing MVP/POC, designing lab etc. * You will be performing thorough problem analysis that results in resolution of product-related problems according to BMC Helix support standards. * You will be responsible for training and enablement for our Product Support TSAs, SE’s. , Partners & Customers. * You will be responsible to engage with Product Owners on requirement.
