Full Stack Software Engineer – AI-Powered Internal Platforms

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI-driven development practices to create innovative internal tools and business applications. This role is centered around delivering impactful solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity across the organization.

Rather than focusing solely on traditional software development methods, you will utilize modern AI-assisted and agentic development platforms to accelerate delivery, enhance code quality, and solve business challenges more efficiently.

You'll join one of several globally distributed engineering teams located across the U.S., UK, and other international regions. With product leadership, business analysts, and team management already in place, your primary focus will be translating defined business requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications that improve operational efficiency and automate business processes.
• Partner with Team Leads, Product stakeholders, and Business Analysts to implement well-defined technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered development platforms and coding assistants to accelerate software delivery and innovation.
• Utilize tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and similar technologies as part of daily development workflows.
• Review, refine, troubleshoot, and optimize AI-generated code while maintaining strong engineering standards.
• Contribute to shared platforms, frameworks, and tooling initiatives across global engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Maintain the ability to independently write and troubleshoot code when AI-generated solutions require manual intervention.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building full-stack applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework (Angular preferred, though other frameworks are acceptable).
• Experience with at least one server-side development language (.NET/C# preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted software development tools in practical projects or real-world environments.
• Experience may come from professional work, personal projects, side projects, open-source contributions, or experimentation with emerging AI technologies.

AI Development Expertise

Candidates should be comfortable discussing and demonstrating experience with tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Codex
• Gemini
• Other AI-assisted or agentic development platforms

You should be able to articulate:

• How AI tools have been incorporated into your development process.
• The strengths and limitations of various AI coding assistants.
• Scenarios where AI accelerates workflow productivity.
• Situations where traditional engineering approaches remain the better solution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with Angular and .NET technologies.
• Experience creating developer tools, internal applications, automation platforms, or productivity-focused solutions.
• Familiarity with distributed teams and collaborating across multiple geographic regions.
• Understanding of modern CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows, particularly within GitHub environments.
