Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build AI-powered internal applications. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools rather than traditional coding alone.

You'll join one of three global engineering teams building internal platforms and tools. Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering Leaders will define the requirements—you'll focus on building high-quality solutions quickly using AI-first development practices.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain AI-powered internal applications and tools.
• Work closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to deliver business solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and similar technologies to accelerate software development.
• Write, review, debug, and improve code generated through AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple global locations.
• Contribute to shared platforms, reusable components, and internal developer tools.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Full-stack development experience with:
• A modern front-end framework (Angular preferred, but React, Vue, or similar experience is welcome).
• A back-end language (.NET/C# preferred, but Java, Node.js, Python, or similar experience is acceptable).
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Codex
• Gemini
• Experience using AI tools can come from professional work, personal projects, open-source contributions, or experimentation.

Ability to explain:

• How you've used AI tools in your development workflow.
• The strengths and limitations of different AI coding assistants.
• When AI is the right solution and when manual coding is more effective.

Preferred Qualifications

• .NET and Angular.
• Experience building internal applications, platforms, or productivity tools.
• GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
