Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Mobile App Developer who can drive the mobile app development team with a strategic vision, hands-on technical expertise, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cross-platform mobile application development, particularly using Flutter, along with a solid foundation in native app development. They will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering scalable and high-performance mobile applications.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Flutter Development: 4+ years of experience.
• Native App Development (iOS/Android): 3+ years of experience.
• Software Lifecycle, Reusability, and Scalability: 5+ years of experience.
• Architecture Patterns for Mobile App Development (MVVM, MVC, etc.): 3+ years of experience.
• CI/CD Pipelines and Related Experience: 3+ years of experience.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: 5+ years of experience.
• Database and Related Integration: 3+ years of experience.
• Networking Layer and Security Aspects: 4+ years of experience.
• Version Control : (GitHub/ BitBucket): 2+ years of experience.
• App Release Process: Must have led the release of multiple successful projects.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence required for a few days a week, potentially increasing in the future.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience in AI Tools and their application in mobile development (considered an advantage).
• Exposure to cloud-based mobile app deployment and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Define and drive technical strategies for scalable and reusable mobile app architectures.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Ensure smooth integration of databases, networking layers, and security into mobile applications.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless integration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct technical reviews, debugging, and performance optimization for mobile applications.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in mobile app development and recommend improvements.
• Lead the app release process, ensuring smooth deployment and post-release support.
