Administrative Assistant

European Training Support Centre (ETSC)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our European Training Support Centre (ETSC). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop administrative, reporting, and organisational skills within an international environment.

This is an on site position.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Support shipments, scheduling, and coordination activities across departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes and procedures.
  • Assist with reporting activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by gathering required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams including Training, Operations, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve everyday administrative processes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative, office support, internship, or similar experience is an advantage.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data and administrative systems.
  • Good communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • SAP knowledge is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
