About the Role
The Head of Global Delivery Partnerships is responsible for the strategy, growth, and long-term success of some of the largest and most strategically important partnerships in our global portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Business, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology, this leader will shape how we partner with the world's largest restaurant brands, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation across global markets.
This role combines executive relationship management, commercial leadership, and cross-functional influence. The successful candidate will own the growth strategy and business performance of key Enterprise partners, build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering measurable value to both our partners and our business.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling strategic Enterprise partnerships, leading and developing exceptional teams, influencing senior stakeholders across large organizations, and translating ambitious growth opportunities into executable plans. They are equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy, navigating complex negotiations, and driving operational excellence at global scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and business performance of a portfolio of strategic Enterprise partnerships. Lead executive-level joint business planning and drive alignment on strategic priorities, delivering against ambitious revenue, profitability, and growth objectives across our global footprint and full suite of products.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class sales and account management organization responsible for driving the growth and long-term success of Uber's most strategic Enterprise partnerships globally. Partner closely with regional teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and merchant leaders to unlock value across markets and accelerate shared growth.
- Build and cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives across partner organizations and within Uber, serving as a strategic advisor and executive sponsor while identifying new opportunities to deepen and expand partnerships.
- Influence and align stakeholders across Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute complex initiatives, remove barriers, and deliver exceptional outcomes for partners, customers, and Uber.
- Identify and pursue transformational growth opportunities, leveraging data, market insights, and strategic thinking to expand partnerships, launch new initiatives, and create long-term competitive advantages.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, account management, business development, strategy, operations, or general management roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic Enterprise partnerships, leading complex commercial negotiations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale or global accounts and consistently exceeding revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments characterized by ambiguity, complexity, and change.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, account management, or business development, preferably within technology, marketplaces, retail, restaurant, or consumer-facing industries.
- Experience managing global or multinational partnerships, including negotiating and executing complex commercial agreements across multiple markets and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize business processes and operating models while balancing global consistency with local market needs.
- Track record of influencing cross-functional organizations and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders, including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor to key partners.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $328,571 - USD $365,714. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $230,000 per year - USD $256,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $98,571 - USD $109,714.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $328,571 - USD $365,714. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $230,000 per year - USD $256,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $98,571 - USD $109,714.
The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
