Salesforce Engineer

Synchro is hiring on behalf of a long-term client of ours, for a Salesforce Engineer to design, build and enhance solutions across a business-critical Salesforce environment. Working as part of an Engineering team, you'll develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions that make a real impact.

Whilst working on this core platform with visibility across the business, you will also help do develop, coach and shape the team, and take the lead on upskilling other engineers and team members. You will act as the ‘go to’, Tech expert on Salesforce.

Any experience with Sales cloud or RESTful APIs would be highly beneficial, as well as any prior experience of working with integrations such as payment gateways.

This role will be based in Kettering with hybrid remote working. You will be expected to be onsite 2 days per week; however, there may be some flexibility here for the right candidate.
