We seek to positively impact people's lives, communities and the planet through water replenishment, packaging recycling, sustainable sourcing practices and carbon emissions reductions across our value chain. In this role you'll collaborate with our operations and co-manufacturers leading inbound and outbound transportation, which includes ingredients and packaging to our production facilities. You'll be a key member of the supply chain management team involved in daily operations while also linked with our global teams around the world that are involved in logistic strategy development.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Provide national supply planning management and enterprise leadership with a brand within NAOU's Advance Hydration category, which you will oversee a business of annual volume +75M cases with a supply chain network of 26 sites.
  • Provide a vision of the needs and requirements to the North America supply network, which includes - develop, design, and activate the lowest cost supply network solution, while preparing additional contingent scenarios.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate national capacity models by plant/line for each assigned brand/package, considering scenarios when emergencies emerge due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, breakdowns, material shortages, etc.) to find the next-best options to supply customer demand/orders while minimizing costs.
  • Be the subject matter expert for new product introductions, product changes, and product discontinuations, including participating in project meetings, submitting item set-up requests, tracking materials planning, and publishing factsheets.
  • Establish planning strategy for assigned product lines and supply network structure and work with regional planning to populate and maintain parameter settings in system tools to support the strategy and maximize the planning groups efficiency & accuracy.
  • Track and manage performance against the target inventory level to improve the company's overall cash position, minimizing finished goods write-offs through meeting inventory targets.
  • Report out performance results, current business status, and future risks in weekly meetings and reports, leveraging these routines to clearly communicate risks, opportunities, and contingency plans.
  • Lead of team of Supply Planning Managers and Planning Consultants who manages tactical supply and deployment planning activities.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and manufacturing is required preferably in food manufacturing.
  • 5+ years general management experience including direct people management experience.
  • Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
  • Experience working with ERP Systems (SAP user experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of inbound materials management, detailed production planning, material handling, impact of stock levels on working capital, trade-offs within supply chain.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with cross functional teams and direct reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with assembling proactive contingency plans, scenarios, and optimized supply network plans that can balance service and cost.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain purchasing and procurement.
  • Advanced Project Management Skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI-powered productivity applications and tools used to enhance efficiency, collaboration, communication, content creation, data analysis, workflow automation, and decision-making.
