What are we looking for?
We’re looking for adaptable problem solvers with strong people skills and a passion for technology - people who are naturally curious and motivated to learn, experiment, and build their experience along the way.
You’ll Likely Bring
- A degree or equivalent experience (often in a STEM subject, but not essential).
- Some experience writing code - through study, work experience, or personal projects.
- You communicate clearly and are comfortable working as part of a team.
- You can break down problems and think through possible solutions.
- You show initiative - asking questions, trying things out, and taking ownership as you learn.

In Your First Months, You’ll
- Take part in structured hands-on training covering core engineering skills and ways of working.
- Build working software as part of a team, putting what you’ve learnt into practice in the real world.
- Be mentored by talented, experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of knowledge and expertise.
- Get the chance to earn industry-standard certifications.
